Deciding to share this. Does anyone else want to share theirs? Looking for more ideas How can I set healthy boundaries in my relationship. I think I am going to make this all encompassing. Not just my marriage. This list includes boundaries on myself to myself too. 1). Listen to my heart. If something feels icky it probably is. 2). Be more respectful of my own time. How can others be respectful of my time if I am not. 3). MEDITATE DAILY 4). Ask for help 5). Stay tf off social media 6). Take breaks 7). Say no 8). Cancel plans when I have a headache or feel one coming (headaches are usually my body’s way of telling me that I am overwhelmed)
