I was a full-time teacher, full-time graduate student, and I always seemed to be working on something. So, I created this easy-to-follow 4-week program.

Before starting your program, we dive into our beliefs and needs:
Day 1: A fun quiz to figure out how to better assess your needs
Day 2: Steps to determine ways to honor your personal self-care
Day 3– How to really set intentions that stick
Then we get into the good stuff in weeks 1-4:
You will receive a calendar to keep you on task and 4 videos that will give you 6 hours of content to work with for 4 weeks.
Week 1 is 7 mins of yoga per day.
Week 2 is 10 mins of yoga per day.
Week 3 is 15 mins of yoga per day.
Week 4 is 20 mins of yoga per day.
We gradually build up each week, so that you are learning how to schedule this into your life and see that you DO indeed have the time.
